Our story
Our founder, a registered Electrical Service Technician, holds a current practicing license issued by the Electrical Workers Registration Board (EWRB). With years of experience in repair of electrical & electronic equipment, our founder’s advanced skills set Test Tag and Repair apart from other testing and tagging companies. Our comprehensive knowledge ensures that your equipment is meticulously evaluated, preventing false readings and identifying potential issues that might go unnoticed by less experienced technicians.
Driven by a passion for understanding how things work and a natural curiosity for disassembling and reassembling devices, our founder has always been deeply interested in the inner workings of electrical appliances. This enthusiasm led to working with various companies, gaining valuable experience repairing whiteware, welding machines, and plasma cutters. In their free time, our founder also enjoys experimenting with microcontroller-based projects.
However, life has not been without its challenges. Diagnosed with Marfan yndrome, which has resulted in scoliosis and an aortic dissection, our founder has faced limitations in his ability to work full-time. This personal experience inspired the creation of Test, Tag & Repair as a sustainable solution to generate income and satisfy personal interest while offering eco-friendly services to the community.
